I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The location was great, with lots of shopping nearby, making me feel safe as a solo traveler. The service was amazing, and the staff had great personalities. Although the dining experience was a bit below average, the hotel offered many options, and the seating was pleasant. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and roomy, although they appeared somewhat dated. I appreciated the loft type room upstairs and the convenience of the Murphy bed downstairs, making it a spacious suite. However, it was evident that the rooms were in need of heavy maintenance, which was a bit of a letdown.
